摘　　要：从学分制内涵入手,探讨高职院校实行学分制后教务管理工作面临的新情况,并结合苏州市职业大学在施行完全学分制过程中教务管理遇到的一些问题,提出了改革措施。Beginning with the connotations of the credit system, the paper probes into the new situation of teaching management after the implementation of the credit system in the vocational universities. Then, combining some problems encountered in implementing the entire credit system in Suzhou Vocational University, the paper proposes the reform measures.
