摘　　要：针对2013年以来我国煤炭行业发展困境和产能过剩的情况进行分析,认为发展混合所有制经济,推进所有制改革,是解决这一问题的有效途径。在此基础上,提出了煤炭行业发展混合所有制经济的优势和具体对策,以期对行业内企业的所有制改革提供指导和借鉴。According to an analysis conducted on the development difficult position and surplus production capacity of China coal industry since the year of 2013, the paper held that a development of the mixed ownership economy and a promotion of the ownership reform would be an effective access to solve the problem. Based on the circumstances, the advantages and certain countermeasures to develop the mixed ownership economy of the coal industry were provided in order to provide the guidance and references to the ownership reform of the enterprises in the coal industry.
