摘　　要：介绍了郑煤集团国有股权结构的3种形态,分析了集团公司通过优化股权结构,实现产权多元化后所取得的成效。并提出进一步优化国有产权的思路,如解决新井建设资金、为企业发展募集建设资金、优化辅业单位股权,国有股份逐步退出等举措,实现国有资本保值增值,提高企业竞争力。The paper introduced three formations of the state owned stock right structure in Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group, analyzed the optimized stock right structure of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group and realized the results obtained after the property right diversification. The paper provided an idea to further optimize the state owned property right, including how to solve a construction fund of a mine shaft and to raise a mine construction fund for the enterprise development, to optimize the stock right of the sideline unit, to steadily withdraw the state owned stocks and others in order to realize the value preservation and increment of the state-owned capita/ and improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.
