摘  要:在分析阐述"十二五"后期和"十三五"期间,我国煤炭企业面临的政治法律风险、经济环境风险、科学技术风险以及自然环境风险等宏观营销环境风险情况基础上,逐一提出依法营销、限产降本提效、发展洁净煤技术、畅通水陆外运通道、防治污染与灾害等规避和防范宏观营销环境风险的思路与举措,对煤炭企业实施营销风险预警管理具有重要的意义。Based on the analysis and statement on the political and legal risk, economic environment risk, scientific and technical risk, natural environment risk and other macro marketing environment risk condition faced to the coal enterprises in China during the later period of "12th Five Years" and the period of "13th Five Years" , the paper individually provided the marketing according to the law, efficiency improved with a limiting production and cost reduction, clean coal technology development, unimpeded water and land transportation channels, pollution and disaster prevention and control, and the idea and measures to avoid and prevent the macro marketing environment risk which would have important significances to implement an early warning management of the marketing risk in the coal enterprises.
