摘  要:自适应变容量压缩冷凝系统能在0~100%之间平滑的调节系统的制冷剂流量,从而间接实现制冷量的无级调节,该系统在制冷产品性能试验装置及类似用途的场合中有着广阔的应用前景。针对该系统中关键点的控制策略进行研究,找到解决的方法,并在实际应用中加以验证,并对系统应用的节能优势进行分析。The self-adaption capacity-varying compression condensing system can regulate the refrigerant mass flow rate from zero to 100% smoothly, therefore, the refrigerating capacity can vary without steps. This kind of condensing unit has a wide application prospect in the land of the performance test equipment of the refrigeration product and the similar applications. The control strategy of the key point of the system was studied, and the solution was found and verified in the practical application. The advantage in energy saving of the condensing system was also analyzed.
