屋面雨水深井回灌裂隙岩溶水工程的效益评价

摘　　要：针对济南大学西校区的屋面雨水利用工程进行国民经济评价,按试验区工程达到回灌设计规模时的集雨屋顶面积(1.96×105m2)和年均可利用雨量(8.76×103m3)进行计算。结果显示,该工程的年均总效益达到31.28万元,益本比为4.52,表明该工程具有明显的经济效益。此外,就济南市岩溶地下水而言,雨水回灌还具有显著的生态效益和社会效益。This paper conducted the national economic evaluation of roofwater reuse project in the University of Jinan,in which the catchment area of roof is 1. 96×10^5m^2with 8. 76×103m3of average annual available rainfall in Jinan city when the project reached its design scale. It is shown that the average annual total benefits and benefit-cost ratio are 3. 13×10^4yuan and 4. 52 respectively under the design conditions. Moreover,there is an obvious ecological and social benefit for the karst groundwater in Jinan city.
