摘  要:Pb是有毒致癌重金属,随着水中Pb污染日益严重,对环境和人体健康造成了极大的危害。为了有效地防止Pb污染,近年来发展了一些简单、快速、高效、低成本的Pb2+生物传感器,如比色传感器、荧光传感器、电化学传感器。主要综述了这3种Pb2+生物传感器的研究现状,指出其优缺点,并展望其发展方向。Lead is toxic carcinogenic heavy metal, as the lead pollution in water is more and more serious, it causes great harm to environmental and human health. In order to effectively prevent lead exceeded, some quick, easy,efficient and low-cost Pb^2+ biosensors are developed in recent years, such as colorimetric sensor, fluorescence sensor, electrochemical sensor. Research status of the three kinds of Pb^2+ biosensors are reviewed, not only their advantages and existing problems are proposed, but also their development directions is prospected.
