摘  要:冻结建井法是当今煤矿建井的有效施工方法,监测和研究冻结过程中温度及其变化规律,对冻结建井现场施工和技术的发展具有重要的指导意义。介绍了分布式光纤温度传感器的基本原理,并以口孜东煤矿为例探讨了其在煤矿冻结建井温度监测过程中的实际应用。对比了分布式光纤温度传感器和传统单总线温度传感器在现场测温实验中的性能,指出了在同样的测温精度下,分布式光纤温度传感器可以实现空间上的连续测量,克服了传统传感器测量点少、故障率高的缺点。实验结果显示:分布式光纤温度传感器能够很好地在煤矿冻结建井中应用。So far, shaft-sinking by freezing is an effective method for coal mine construction, monitoring and researching temperature and variation rule in processing of freezing is of great significance for construction of shaft- sinking by freezing and development of techniques. The basic principles of distributed fiber-optic temperature sensor is introduced,and application in Kouzidong project as example in monitoring of temperature of shaft-sinking by freezing in coal mine is also discussed. Compared with the performance of traditional single-bus temperature sensor in temperatm'e measuring experiment,it is found that the distributed fiber-optic temperature sensor can realize continuous measurement for spatial in the case of the same temperature measuring precision, overeome disadvantages of traditional sensors, such as less measuring point and high fault rate. Experimental results show that distributed optical-fiber temperature sensor can play an important role in shaft-sinking by freezing in eoal mine.
