摘 要:目的研究绿藻对活性染料的生物吸附作用,确定污水处理的工艺条件.方法以绿藻为生物吸附剂,通过吸附试验研究其对活性染料的处理效果,考察反应时间、废水pH值、盐度、绿藻FeCl3表面改性情况对处理效果的影响.结果试验结果表明,绿藻表面存在着丰富的官能团,对活性染料具有较好的吸附性能.吸附时间对染料的去除效果有较大的影响,酸性条件有利于染料的吸附,提高废水的盐度及绿藻Fe^3+改性均可以促进绿藻对染料的吸附能力,吸附量从2.0~2.3mg/g提高到3.8—5.0mg/g.结论绿藻吸附是一种价廉、高效及环境友好的污水处理工艺,吸附模式更接近于Freundlich吸附模式.Biosorption effect of green algae on reactive dyes is studied to determine process conditions for wastewater treatment. Adopting green alga as a biosorption agent, treatment efficiency, reaction time, pH value of wastewater, salinity and surface changes of green algae FeCl3 are experimentally investigated. Results indicate that there are plenty of functional groups on the surface of the green algae and they have good adsorption capacity for the dye. The adsorption time affects the adsorption capacity of the algae significantly. The adsorption capacity is increased with decrease of pH value. Increasing of concentration of NaCl and modifying of green alga by Fe^3+ can increase sorption efficiency of dye by green algae, so that adsorption capacity can be increased from 2.0 - 2.3 mg/g to 3.8 - 5.0 mg/g. It shows that green alga adsorption is cheap, efficient and environmental friendly for wastewater treatment process and the experimental data are also closed to Freundlich adsorption isotherm.
