针推结合治疗颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察针灸推拿结合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效与单一针灸、推拿疗法的相对差异性。方法　将患者随机分成针推组、针灸组和推拿组进行对比观察。结果　针推组痊愈率 (46 .8% )和总有效率(10 0 .0 % )均明显高于针灸组 (2 8.9%和 83.3% )和推拿组 (36 .8%和 87.7% ) ,经统计处理 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,具有明显差异。结论　针推结合疗法优于单纯针灸和推拿 ,是目前治疗颈椎病的最佳方法之一。PurposeTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acu moxi bustion combined with massage on cervical spondylopathy, and the relative differ ence between it and simple acu moxibustion or massage. MethodsThe patients were randomly divided into acu moxibustio n massage group, acupuncture group and massage group. ResultsThe cure rate (46.8%) and total effective rate ( 100.0 % ) were significantly higher than those in acupuncture group (28.9% and 83.3%) and massage group(36.8% and 87.7%). Statistical analysis ( P <0.05) showed th at there was a significant difference. ConclusionAcu moxibustion combined with massage thera py is better than simple acu moxibustion therapy and simple massage therapy. At present, it is one of the best treatments for cervical spondylopathy.
