基于广电高清互动电视的老年远程教育研究

摘　　要：立足于中国老年人群规模大、受教育程度低、收入水平低的特点,基于广电高清互动电视平台的老年远程教育的可行性、教学内容资源体系构建、教学系统的研发部署、教育服务运营模式展开论述。研究表明:广电高清互动电视平台是开展老年远程教育服务的优良载体;系统开发具有良好的技术可行性;服务运营应当依据弱势补偿原则,充分发挥广电媒体在公共服务中的重要作用,力求教育服务效益的最大化。This research based on the characteristics of the elderly population in china： large-scale, low levels of education, Low income, discussed the follow aspect of HD interactive television platforms of radio and television network operators in china： the feasibility, the construction of teaching content resources system, the development and deployment of teaching system, and the business model of education service. The results showed that, HD interactive television platforms of cable TV operator is an excellent carrier for old age distance education; the system development has good technical feasibility; in order to maximize the benefits of education services, the business model should be based on the principle of compensation for disadvantaged, take an important role in public service.
