摘 要:在我国社会主义革命和建设时期,工会工作面临一系列新的矛盾、新的挑战和新的问题,诸如:在人民民主专政条件下工会组织存在的客观基础;社会主义国家中的工会性质、地位、职能、作用和任务,以及同工会密切联系的现实关系,即党、政、工三者之间的基本关系等,亟待从理论上给予回答。为此,李立三、邓子恢、刘少奇等同志,对工会理论进行了首次探索和有意义的思考;其后,赖若愚同志根据工会运动的实践发展要求,对一些工会理论问题再次进行了深入探索。这些理论探索基本上回答了工会运动实践中所遇到的问题,对于深刻认识和指导当时的工会工作具有重大意义,对于在全面深化改革和建设中国特色社会主义条件下如何做好工会工作仍具有重要的现实意义。In the period of socialist revolution and construction in China, trade union work has been faced a series of new contra- diction, challenges and problems, such as the objective basis of trade union under the people' s democratic dictatorship, and the nature, status, functions and tasks of trade union in socialist country, and the relationship between trade union and the Party, the government and the management. Li Lisan, Deng Zihui and Liu Shaoqi had made theoretical exploration firstly. Thereafter, ac- cording to the requirement of trade union movement, Lai Ruoyu had explored trade union theory further. The theoretical exploration basically offers solution to the problems in trade union movement practice, and has important realistic significance for trade union work under the conditions of buildine socialism with Chinese characteristics.
