活血化瘀法治疗骨质疏松性骨折的研究概况

摘　　要：本文回顾了活血化瘀法和骨质疏松性骨折各自的特点及研究进展，分析了活血化瘀法在骨质疏松性骨折中的运用及防治并发症的作用。活血化瘀法具有促进骨折愈合的作用，然而活血化瘀法的用药方式、使用时机及与其他治疗方法有机结合尚需作进一步临床与实验探索。This paper reviews the characteristics and research progress of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on osteoporotic fracture respectively, and analyzes the application and role of preventing complications of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in osteoporotic fracture. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can promote fracture healing, but the organic combination of medication way, while timing and other treatment in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis still needs further clinical and experimental exploration.
