摘　　要：探讨严重眼外伤住院病人抑郁焦虑的影响因素及新型医疗服务模式，在资深医务社会工作者的指导下采用抑郁和焦虑量表测评眼外伤住院病人的抑郁焦虑状态，视功能严重损害是影响严重眼外伤病人抑郁和焦虑最主要因素，分析应变对策，以建设完善新型医疗服务模式。To explore the influence factors of anxiety and depression of inpatients with severe ocular trauma and new mode of medical service, depression and anxiety scale are applied to evaluate the depression and anxiety state of inpatients with ocular trauma under the guidance of senior medical social workers, serious damage of visual function is the main factor to affect the anxiety and depression state of inpatients with ocular trauma, emergency measures are analyzed to build and consummate a new mode of medical service.
