正脊推拿配合电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察正脊推拿配合电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例），治疗组采用正脊推拿配合电针夹脊穴治疗，对照组采用正脊推拿配合电针常规穴位治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：正脊推拿配合电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the efficacy of orthopaedic spinal massage combined with paravertebral points electro-acupuncture for lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, the treatment group treated by orthopaedic spinal massage combined with paravertebral points electro-acupuncture, while control group by orthopaedic spinal massage combined with comventianal electro-acupuncture, then compared the efficacy of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the VAS score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Orthopaedic spinal massage combined with paravertebral points electro-acupuncture has significant curative effect on lumbar disc herniation.
