摘　　要：特异性环氧化酶2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)抑制剂为COX-2的高选择性抑制物,是一类非甾体抗炎药,具有抗炎镇痛作用,可以改善风湿性疾病的炎性症状并可缓解疼痛。近年来研究发现,特异性COX-2抑制剂会增加心血管疾病的发生率,在心肌肥厚中的作用也受到广泛关注。因此本文对特异性COX-2抑制剂在心肌肥厚中作用作一综述。Cyclooxygenase 2 （ Cyclooxygenase - 2, COX - 2 ） inhibitor is highly selective COX - 2 inhibitors and a kind of non-steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs. This kind of drugs can reduce inflammation, ease pain and improve the symptoms of Rheumatic diseases. Recent studies have found that COX-2 inhibitors may increase the rate of cardiovascular disease, thus the influence of these drugs on cardiac hypertrophy has also been paid wide spread attention. Therefore in this article we have a review to explore the role of COX-2 inhibitors in cardiac hypertrophy.
