定量PCR和间接免疫荧光法联合检测生殖器疱疹病毒感染

摘　　要：目的　研究间接免疫荧光法 (IIF)检测生殖器HSV感染的敏感性和特异性。方法　以定量PCR为对照 ,用HSV型共同性糖蛋白单克隆抗体为夹心的IIF法 ,检测了 94例临床诊断为生殖器疱疹的患者皮疹中的HSV。结果　IIF法检测HSV的敏感性为 74.12 % ,特异性为 5 5 .60 % ;总阳性率 ( 71.3 0 % )明显低于定量PCR法的阳性率 ( 90 .40 % ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但两种方法检测GH患者皮水疱内的HSV阳性率无明显差异 ( 86.2 0 %vers .97.0 0 % ) ,而检测糜烂性皮疹内的HSV时 ,PCR法的阳性率高于IIF法 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　IIF法具有简单、快捷的优点 ,适用于检测早期可疑GH患者皮疹内HSV ,有临床实用价值。Objective In order to study the sensitivity and specificity of indirect immunofluorescence(IIF) in detecting genital herpes simplex virus infection.Methods Taking quantity PCR as control,IIF mediated by group-shared HSV glucoprotein monoclonal antibody was adopted to detected 94 patients clinically diagnosed as GH.Results Sensitivity of IIF for HSV detection was 74.12% and specificity was 55.6%,HSV positive rate by IIF was significantly lower than that of quantity PCR(71.30% vers.90.4% P <0.05);Different from Detecting HSV from erosion eruption,it showed that HSV positive rate detected from blister between two methods exited no statistics significance(86% vers.97%). Conclusion Though sensitivity by IIF is relatived lower than that of PCR in the study,IIF is still a cheap,rapid for HSV detection and worth using for STD clinic.
