外固定器治疗成人创伤后肢体短缩27例

摘　　要：目的　探讨用骨外固定器治疗成人创伤后肢体短缩和骨缺损的方法。　方法　使用外固定器 ,根据Ilizarov治疗原则 ,对 2 7例 (男 2 5例 ,女 2例 ;平均 16～ 45岁 )分别采用骨节段位移术和干骺端截骨延长术修复骨缺损和延长肢体。　结果　 2 7例经 1～ 8年随访 ,所有骨缺损愈合 ,肢体长度除 3例外均恢复正常 ,感染病例无感染复发。　结论　骨外固定器治疗成人创伤后肢体短缩手术创伤小 ,方法简便 ,既可修复骨缺损又能恢复肢体长度 ,并可同时治疗骨感染 ,疗效满意。Objective To study the treatment of posttraumatic posterior limbs shortening in adults with external fixation. Methods There were 27 patients ( 25 males, 2 females , aged at 16 45 years) with post traumatic limb shortening treated with external fixation between 1989 and 1998. According to ilizarov method, the bone segmental transportation or metaphysic osteotomy was used for nonunion and bone defect with limb shortening respectively. Results All the cases were followed up for 1-8 years. Except for 3 cases, limb length in all the cases returned to normal and bone defect was repaired without relapse. Conclusions External fixation is a simple and small operation, infected focus can be managed easily so as to shorten the treatment period.
