游离神经末梢和感觉小体溃变过程的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究神经损伤后 ,感觉神经末梢的溃变过程。　方法　选用恒河猴 9只 ,除拇指外随机选择 2 0个手指 ,其中 15指切断指神经 ,另外 5指作为正常手指 ,不进行任何手术。于术后 2 ,4,12 ,2 0 ,32和 48周采用镀银染色技术对神经末梢进行形态学观察。　结果　失神经后 2周 ,游离神经末梢和感觉小体开始溃变 ;2 0周 ,游离神经末梢结构消失 ;48周 ,触角小体、环层小体全部失神经支配。　结论　周围神经损伤后 ,原有神经成分首先溃变 ,非神经成分随之溃变 ,最终被胶原替代。Objective To study degeneration of free nerve endings and sensory corpuscles after nerve injuries. Methods Of 20 rhesus monkeys, the finger nerve was cut off in 15 fingers, and 5 fingers were not treated. After 2, 4, 12, 20, 32 and 48 weeks, the technique of silver staining was used to observe the morphology of nerve endings. Results The degeneration changes of free nerve endings and sensory corpuscles were observed after 2 weeks. After 20 weeks, the structure of free nerve endings disappeared; both Meissner's and Pacinian corpuscles disppeared after 48 weeks. Conclusions The original nerve begins to degenerate following that of free nerve components after nerve injuries.
