中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿216例分析

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法将216例患者分为2组，对照组110例，单纯应用抗生素治疗；试验组106例，在对照组治疗基础上服用复方大承气汤及外敷中药。结果两组在平均抗菌药物使用天数（t=2．360）、住院天数（t=2．650）、治疗费用（t=2．790）、临床治愈率（x^2=5．260）等方面差异均存在统计学意义，均P〈0．05。结论中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿临床疗效明显优于单纯抗菌药物治疗。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for appendiceal abscess. Methods 216 patients were divided into a control group （n=110） and a test group （n=106）. The control group received antibiotic treatment; in addition, the test group took compound Dachengqi Decoction and externally administrated Chinese medicine. Results There were statistical differences in the average duration of antimierobial use, hospitalization time, medical expenses, clinical cure rate, etc. betweent the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and westem medicine for appendiceal abscess is markedly more effective than antimicrobial therapy.
