摘　　要：目的分析总结早期预警评分在ICU护理工作中的应用体会。方法将148例重症患者按照抽签法分为治疗组和对照组，各74例。治疗组采取早期预警评分管理护理，对照组采取常规监护护理，对比两组患者并发症情况、满意度及住院时间。结果治疗组并发症发生率为10．8％，对照组并发症发生率为33．9％，治疗组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组住院时间明显少于对照组，满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论早期预警评分操作简单，及时干预患者病情，降低并发症发生率，应用价值高，值得推广使用。Objective To analyze and summarize the experience of application of early warning score in nursing work at ICU. Methods 148 critical patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group, 74 cases for each. The nursing work of the treatment group was managed with early warning score, and that of the control group was monitored routinely. The complication incidences, satisfation degrees, and hospitalized times of both groups were compared. Results The complication incidence was 10.8% in the treatment group and was 33.9% in the control group, with a statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）. The hospitalization time was shorter and the satisfation degree was higher in the treatment group than in the control group, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Early warning score can be operated easily, intervene the patients timely, and decrease the complication incidence, has high application value, and is worth being popularized.
