摘 要:目的:研究月经周期改变、克罗米芬刺激试验与卵巢储备能力下降的预测关系,找出早期预测卵巢早衰方法。方法:对月经规则与月经周期改变的生育期妇女分组进行卵泡早期FSH检测及对两组妇女进行克罗米芬刺激试验(CCCT)。2年后随访进行卵泡早期FSH检测。结果:研究开始FSH平均值观察组与对照组无明显差异,CCCT结果观察组阳性率较对照组明显升高;2年后结果显示FSH平均值观察组明显高于对照组,月经周期改变组FSH值10~20IU/L、FSH〉20IU/L例(率)较对照组明显高;CCCT阳性组FSH值FSH〉20IU/L例(率)明显高于阴性组。结论:月经周期改变可能预示卵巢储备能力下降,而克罗米芬刺激试验是一种简单可早期预测卵巢储备能力下降的方法。Objective: To research the relationship between menstrual cycle change, clomiphene stimulation test and decline of o- varian reserve capacity, in order to identify early prediction methods for premature ovarian failure. Methods: The women of childbearing age with menstrual rule and cycle changes were divided into two groups, follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH) detection during early follicular phase and clomiphene stimulation test were performed in the two groups. All the women were followed up after two years, and FSH detection during early follicular phase was performed again. Results: There was no significant difference in average level of FSH between observation group and control group at the beginning of the study. The positive rate of clomiphene stimulation test in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. After two years, the average level of FSH in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. The numbers and proportions of women with FSH levels at 10 - 20 IU/L or more than 20 IU/L in menstrual cycle change group were significantly higher than those in control group; the numbers and proportions of women with FSH level more than 20 IU/L in positive clomi- phene stimulation test group was significantly higher than that in negative clomiphene stimulation test group. Conclusion: Menstrual cycle change may indicate decline of ovarian reserve capacity, and clomiphene stimulation test is a simple and available method for early predicting decline of ovarian reserve capacity.
