摘　　要：目的:调查农村妇女自然绝经的年龄,分析初潮年龄、生育史以及文化水平对绝经年龄的影响。方法:选取2012年来院体检的自然绝经女性进行调查,调查内容包括实际年龄、初潮年龄、初产年龄、孕产次、绝经年龄及文化水平等。结果:我镇女性平均自然绝经年龄为(49.56±2.13)岁;绝经年龄与文化水平有关,具有高中文化水平的妇女相比文盲及小学文化水平的妇女绝经年龄要晚(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05);绝经年龄与孕产次有关,孕产次越多,绝经年龄越晚(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05);绝经年龄与初产年龄、初潮年龄无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:绝经年龄与文化水平及孕产次有关,与初产年龄、初潮年龄无明显关系。Objective： To investigate natural menopausal age of rural women, and analyze the effects of age of menarche, child- bearing history and educational level on menopausal age. Methods： The natural menopausal women receiving physical examination in the hospital in 2012 were selected and investigated, the investigation contents included actual age, age of menarche, primiparous age, gravidity and parity, menopausal age, educational level, and so on. Results： The mean natural menopansal age was （49.56 ± 2. 13 ） years in rural women. Menopausal age was correlated with educational level, the menopausal age of women with senior high school educational level was later tharl those of women of illiteracy and women with primary school educational level （P 〈 0. 01 and P 〈 0. 05, respectively） ; menopausal age was correlated with gravidity and parity, the higher gravidity and parity were, the later menopausal age was （ P 〈 0. 01 and P 〈 0. 05, respectively） ; there was no significant correlation between menopausal age and primiparous age, age of menarche （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Menopausal age is correlated with educational level, gravidity and parity, which is not related to primiparous age, age of menarche.
