多功能膀胱造瘘管的设计及在永久性膀胱造瘘患者中的应用

摘　　要：设计多功能膀胱造瘘管并在32例永久性膀胱造瘘患者中应用,30d后,观察其并发症的发生情况。5例血尿患者好转;3例发生造瘘管阻塞;1例发生造瘘管脱落;膀胱痉挛持续时间和疼痛程度均有降低;尿路感染和血尿的发生未有明显改善。认为多功能膀胱造瘘管应用于永久性膀胱造瘘患者能够降低部分并发症的发生率,增加患者舒适度,改善生活质量。The muhifunetional bladder fistula was used in 32 permanent cystostomy patients for a month. The symptom of hematuria got better in 5 cases; fistula obstruction occurred in 3 cases; the fistula dropped in one case; the duration and intensity of bladder spasm decreased. No significant difference was found in the incidence of urinary tract infection and hematuria before and after application of multifunctional bladder fistula. The results indicated that multifunctional bladder fistula could reduce the incidence of some of the complications,promote pa- tient comfort and improve the quality of life in patients with permanent eystostomy.
