西部农业劳动力结构状况及其对农业生产的影响

摘　　要：采用西北农林科技大学资源经济与环境管理研究中心2012年对陕西、宁夏、四川农户的实地调研数据,研究了西部农业劳动力结构状况以及农业劳动力结构对农业生产的影响,以期对西部农业劳动力结构现状做描述性统计分析,并运用Cobb-Douglas函数模型实证分析农业劳动力结构对农业生产的影响。结果表明:我国西部地区农村留守的农业劳动力年龄偏大,妇女偏多,教育程度偏低,这种劳动力结构状况总体上不利于农业生产的发展。Using the survey data of famers from Shaanxi, Ningxia, Sichuan in 2012 which was organized by Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University Resource Economy and Environment Management Research Center, the effect of agricultural porduction were studied,in order to descriptive statistical analysis on the agricultural labor force structure of western part, by using the Cobb-Douglas function model. The results showed that the left-behind agricultural labor in the western part existed that the age was older,women were more,the level of education was lower. This structure of labor was not conducive to the development of agricultural production.
