摘  要:板形是衡量冷轧带钢产品级别的重要指标,在实际生产过程中,因其数量级极小(10-5),难以准确测量和定量评价,因此选择合理的板形检测方法,建立有效的板形检验制度,对于提高板形检测精度、实现板形定量控制以及改善轧机的板形控制特性至关重要。基于板形基本定义,推导了板形与波浪度(或急峻度)之间的相互转换关系,阐述了板形测量方法的基本步骤和注意事项。对比分析在线和离线2种测量结果,平均误差在±3I以内,部分误差在±1I以内。Shape was an important indicator to measure the level of strip products in the actual production process. However, because of very small magnitude (10^-5), the shape was difficult to be accurately measured and give quantitative evaluation, so choosing a reasonable shape detection method, and establishing effective shape inspec- tion system were essential for improving the shape detection accuracy and shape quantitative control. Detailed deri- vation of the shape indicators theoretical definition and strip wave degrees (or steep degrees) conversion between relations, comparative analysis of online and offline two measurement method based on the shape basic concept. The shape data indicates that the average error is within ± 3 I, part of the measurement error is within ± 1 I.
