摘　　要：以纯碱为原料的传统生产焦亚硫酸钠的方法成本高,利润低。氯碱行业尿素法水合肼生产过程副产十水碳酸钠,以副产的十水碳酸钠为原料替代纯碱生产焦亚硫酸钠。该方法具有生产原料价格低廉、生产工艺基本保持不变、经济效益好等特点,同时也为十水碳酸钠提供了一种新的应用途径。The traditional production process with soda ash as raw material to produce sodium metabisulfite was high in cost and low in profit.The sodium carbonate decahydrate was by-produced from the production of hydrazine with urea method in chlor-alkali industry.Taking the by-product sodium carbonate decahydrate to replace the soda ash in the production of sodium metabisulfite had the advantages of low raw material cost, little change in process flow, and good economic benefit etc..Meanwhile, it also provided a new way for the application of sodium carbonate decahydrate.
