摘　　要：中国的黄磷工业生产主要采用电炉法,近年来黄磷生产企业多次发生火灾、爆炸、中毒、环境污染等生产事故,造成了巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡。根据电炉法生产黄磷的主要物料、工艺及设备情况,对生产过程的安全风险进行分析,并提出相应的防范措施,为黄磷企业减少生产事故的发生提供借鉴和参考。China＇s yellow phosphorus industrial production mainly uses the electric furnace process.In recent years,acci- dents, such as fire, explosion, poisoning, and environmental pollution occurred frequently in yellow phosphorus producers, re- sulting in huge economic losses and casuahies.In order to offer reference and consult to prevent the occurrence of accidents and to cut down accident consequence ,the safety risks in the production process were analyzed and relative precautionary measures were put forward, according to the conditions of raw materials, technology, and equipment of yellow phosphorus production with electric furnace process.
