摘  要:采用低温固相法和喷雾干燥法在尖晶石锰酸锂的表面包覆一层二氧化锆,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)和粒度分布分析对样品进行了表征。XRD表征结果表明,包覆后的样品仍为尖晶石结构,没有出现杂质相。粒度分布测试结果表明,低温固相法包覆后样品颗粒粒径减小,喷雾干燥法包覆后样品颗粒粒径增大。电化学测试结果表明,二氧化锆包覆层能有效提高材料的电化学稳定性,喷雾干燥法的包覆效果要优于低温固相法。The surface of spinel LiMn2O4 was coated with ZrO2 layer by low-temperature solid phase reaction and spray drying method.The samples were characterized by XRD and particle size distribution analysis.The XRD results indicated that sampies were spinel structure without impurity phase. Particle size distribution results indicated the particle size of sample coated by low-temperature solid phase reaction decreased, however,the particle size of sample coated by spray drying method increased.The results of electrochemical performance test showed that ZrO2 layer can improve the electrochemical stability of LiMn2O4, and the coating effect of spray drying method was better than that of low temperature solid phase method.
