葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病模型大鼠的降糖作用

摘　　要：目的：研究葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病模型大鼠的降糖作用。方法：高脂饲料喂饲联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素以复制大鼠2型糖尿病模型。120只sD大鼠随机均分为正常对照（等容生理盐水）组、模型（等容生理盐水）组、二甲双胍（0．3mg／kg）组与葛根芩连汤①、②、③、④、⑤、⑥、⑦、⑧、⑨（28．05、24．75、21．45、18．15、14．85、11．55、8．25、4．95、1．65g／kg）组。灌胃给药，每天1次，连续8周。测定大鼠血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、糖化血清蛋白（GSP）、胰岛素（Fins）与胰岛素抵抗指数（IRI）。结果：与模型组比较，葛根芩连汤①、②、③、④、⑤、⑥、⑦、⑧组大鼠FBG、HbAlc、GSP、Fins、IRI降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。葛根芩连汤起效剂量范围为4．95-28．05g／ke。结论：葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病模型大鼠具有良好的降糖作用，且呈量效关系。OBJECTIVE： To study the hypoglycemic effect of Gegen qinlian decoction on type 2 diabetes rats. METHODS： Type 2 diabetes model was induced by high fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of STZ. 120 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group （constant volume of normal saline） , model group （constant volume of normal saline） metformin group （0.3 mg/kg） and Gegen qinlian decoction ①,②,③,④,⑤,⑥,⑦,⑧ and ⑨ groups （1.65, 4.95, 8.25, 11.55, 14.85, 18.15, 21.45, 24.75, 28.05 g/kg）. They were given relevant medicines intragastrically once a day for consecutive 8 weeks. FBG, HbAlc, glycosylated serum protein （GSP）, insulin （Fins） and insulin resistance index （IRI） were all determined. RESULTS： Compared with model group, FBG, HbAlc, GSP, Fins and IRI decreased in Gegen ainlian decoction ①,②,③,④,⑤,⑥,⑦,⑧ groups; there was statistical significance （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. There was dose-effect relationship of Gegen qinlian decoction with hypoglycemic doses, with effective dose range of 4.95-28：05 g/kg. CONCLUSIONS： Gegen qinlian decoction has good treatment effect on type 2 diabetes model rat, and shows a certain dose-effect relationship.
