摘  要:目的:建立木蝴蝶药材的质量控制方法。方法:按照2010年版《中国药典》(一部)方法测定不同产地木蝴蝶药材中的灰分、酸不溶性灰分与杂质的含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定药材中木蝴蝶苷B的含量:色谱柱为Promosil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(42:58:0.2,V/V/V),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为254nm。结果:4个不同产地木蝴蝶药材的总灰分百分含量范围为2.16%~3.99%;酸不溶性灰分范围为0.01%~0.86%;杂质范围为0.26%~0.52%;木蝴蝶苷B质量分数范围为4.49%~6.14%。结论:所建立方法可用于木蝴蝶药材的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish the methods for quality control of Oroxylum indicum. METHODS : The contents of ash, acid-insoluble ash and impurities in O. indicum from different producing areas were determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). The content of oroxin B was detected by HPLC. The determination was performed on Promosil C18 (200 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (42 : 58 : 0.2, V/V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min. The column temperature was 25 ℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS : The contents of total ash in 0. indicum from 4 producing areas were between 2.16% and 3.99%; the contents of acid-insoluble ash were between 0.01% and 0.86%; the contents of impurities were between 0.26% and 0.52%; the contents of oroxin B were between 4.49% and 6.14%. CONCLUSIONS : The method can be used for the quality control of O. indicum.
