摘　　要：目的：建立测定首乌润肠片中2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-d-葡糖苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shimadzu VP—ODS（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（25：75，F／V），流速为1．0ml／min，柱温为30℃，检测波长为320nm。结果：2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-d-葡糖苷进样量在0．2～5．0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈2％；平均加样回收率为96．29％，RSD=2．12％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、结果准确、专属性强，可用于首乌润肠片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of 2,3,5,4＇ -tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-d-glucoside in Shouwu runchang tablets. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Shimadzu VP-ODS column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （25：75, V/V） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min. The column temperature was 30℃, and detection wavelength was set at 320 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of 2,3, 5, 4＇ -tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-d-glucoside were 0.2-5.0 μg（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 96.29% （RSD=2.12%, n= 6）. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2%. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, accurate and specific, and can be used for qulity control of Shouwu runchang tablets.
