摘　　要：丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(MAPK)是保证人体功能正常运行的重要物质,它在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、应激反应、炎症反应、免疫防御等过程中发挥着重要作用,MAPK异常可导致多种疾病(癌症、炎症、神经性疾病、糖尿病和高血压等)的发生。本文对丝裂原激活蛋白激酶异常导致的相关疾病、治疗药物以及作用机制方面的研究进展进行综述。Recent literature about the role of mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK）to human body and its related drugs was reviewed. When some lesions occurs in the body, MAPK is abnormal accordingly. Mitogen-activated protease is an important material of the human body for the function to run properly, the excep- tion can lead to a variety of diseases. This review is about the progress of the role of MAPK in a variety of diseases, a novel target,including the basic introduction of mitogen-activated protease and the type of corresponding disease and new drugs.
