手术切除肝门区巨大肝海绵状血管瘤的术后护理

摘　　要：目的探讨手术切除肝门区巨大肝海绵状血管瘤患者术后综合护理的价值。方法选取行手术切除肝门区巨大肝海绵状血管瘤的术后患者217例，采用数字表法随机分为观察组109例和对照组108例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上，增加心理护理、并发症预防和饮食护理等综合护理。比较两组患者的住院时间、并发症发生率和满意度情况。结果观察组的住院时间为（24．5±6．4）d，短于对照组的（36．2±8．7）d，差异有统计学意义（t=3．642，P〈0．05）。观察组术后并发症发生率、患者满意度分别为8．26％，98．17％，优于对照组的27．78％，60．19％；两组比较差异均有统计学意义（X2值分别为7．945，3．015；P〈0．05）。结论实施术后综合护理，可缩短肝门区巨大肝海绵状血管瘤手术患者住院时间，降低术后并发症的发生率，提高让患者满意度，值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of comprehensive postoperative care of surgical resection of hilar huge hepatic cavernous hemangioma. Methods A total of 217 patients underwent surgical resection of hilar huge hepatic cavernous hemangioma were selected, and they were randomly divided into the observation group （ 109 cases） and the control group （ 108 cases） , based on the random number table method. The control group received routine care. The observation group received integrated care, with strengthening the psychological care, prevention of complications and increasing dietary treatments. The hospital stay, morbidity and patients satisfaction were compared between groups. Results The time of hospitalization was （24.5 ±6.4 ） d in the observation group and （ 36.2 ± 8.7 ） d in the control group. The difference was significant （ t = 3. 642, P 〈 0.05）. The complication rate and patients＇satisfaction were 8.26% and 98.17% in the observation group, which were significantly better than 27. 78% and 60. 19% in the control group （ X2 = 7. 945, 3. 015, respectively;P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions For patients with surgical resection of hilar huge hepatic cavernous hemangioma, the integrated postoperative care cannot only help them shorten the length of hospital stay, but also can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of promoting.
