摘　　要："亢害承制"之说肇始于《内经》,见于《素问·六微旨大论》,历代医家如王冰、刘河间、李中梓等有所发挥,该理论应用于临床,在疾病的诊疗中发挥了举足轻重的作用。举《续名医类案》中戴原礼诊治盛夏畏寒案进行了分析阐述。The theory of avoidance of harm by restraining excess emerged in Canon of Medicine·Plain Questions,that attaches great importance to generations of physicians,such as WANG Bing,LIU Hejian,LI Zhongzi. The theory played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment in clinical. This paper analyzed the cold case in summer of DAI Yuanli in Continuation of the Classified Medical Records.
