摘 要:目的:对黄芪蜜炙前后及黄芪复方抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用进行比较。方法:小鼠随机分为空白组、黄芪组(19.5 g/kg)、炙黄芪组(19.5 g/kg)、补中益气丸黄芪组(4.68 g/kg)、补中益气丸炙黄芪组(4.68 g/kg),分别进行常压耐缺氧和抗疲劳试验,通过测定游泳时间、小鼠耐缺氧时间以及乳酸、尿素氮等指标的含量,比较各组间小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧的程度。结果:黄芪水煎液,含黄芪的补中益气丸与空白组相比较均能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间和缺氧存活时间;明显降低乳酸和尿素氮含量。各项指标炙黄芪作用均强于生黄芪,并以补中益气丸炙黄芪组抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用最强,明显优于其他各组。结论:生黄芪、炙黄芪及其复方对小鼠均具有一定的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用,炙黄芪优于生黄芪,各组间以补中益气丸炙黄芪组作用最强,表明黄芪蜜炙后可增强小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力。Objective:To study on the pre and post Astragalus fried with honey and its compound effects on anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice. Method:Mice were randomly divided into normal control group , Astragalus group(19.5 g/kg),Astragalus fried with honey group(19.5 g/kg),Buzhong Yiqi pill containing As-tragalus(4.68 g/kg) and Buzhong Yiqi pill Astragalus fired with honey group(4.68 g/kg). Though recording swimming,hypoxia tolerance time,detecting lactic acid,usea nitrogen contents and other index to assess the function of anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice. Result:The pre and post Astragalus fried with honey and its compound significantly extended swimming time and hypoxia survival time and significantly decreased lactic acid level and urea nitrogen level. Processed products are superior to raw product in all indexes. Buzhong Yiqi pill(containing Astragalus fried with honey) is superior to the rest of the other group. Conclu-sion:The pre and post Astragalus fried with honey and its compound can enhance the function of anti-fa-tigue and anoxia endurance in mice. Processed products are superior to raw products. Buzhong Yiqi pill have the strongest effect. This experiment shows that Astragalus fried with honey can enhance the function of anti-fatigue and anoxia endurance in mice.
