摘 要:随着近年来国民经济的快速发展和工业的大规模建设,大型化已经成为球罐建造的必然趋势之一。作为最关键环节,球罐焊接质量直接影响到球罐的安全可靠运行。如何高效地进行球罐焊缝的无损检测,提高焊缝缺陷的检出率,避免漏检,一直是施工检测单位着力解决的问题。本文通过对球罐焊缝TOFD检测和射线检测方法进行对比,分析2种检测方法各自应用的优点与局限,并通过工程应用实例,陈述了TOFD应用体会。最终,为球罐焊缝检测方法的选择提出自己的见解。Along with the rapid development of national economy and large-scale industrial construction, it's an irresistible tend of large-size of spherical tank fabrication. The spherical tank welding is the most key point, because the quality of welding is fatal to the safety on spherical tank running. It's always one of difficulties how to inspect weld imperfections economically and effectively. The advantage and disadvantage were analyzed by contrasting TOFD inspection and radiographic inspection. Also, author shared personal experiences of using TOFD inspect spherical tanks. Finally, it was suggested how to choose inspections on spherical tanks on their views.
