摘 要:目的:研究不同含量的薄荷醇对芍药苷促渗作用和贮库效应的影响,确定薄荷醇的适宜用量。方法:采用两室扩散池体外实验装置和紫外分光光度法,以生理盐水为接收介质,大鼠离体背部皮肤为透皮屏障,研究薄荷醇用量分别为0.5%、1%、2%时对芍药苷透皮吸收的影响,同时以氮酮作为对照。结果:0.5%和1%的薄荷醇对芍药苷具有显著的促渗作用,且渗透量随薄荷醇用量的增加而增加,但当薄荷醇含量大于2%时,芍药苷的渗透量减少;与不加促渗剂的空白组相比,薄荷醇不能增加芍药苷的贮库效应;氮酮对芍药苷的经皮渗透和贮库均无增强作用。结论:薄荷醇对芍药苷的透皮吸收具有显著的促进作用,但不能增加其贮库效应,薄荷醇的适宜用量为1%。Objective :To investigate the effects of menthol( different contents)on the transdermal permeation and deposit of paeoniflorin and to determine the appropriate content of menthol Methods : With a two - chamber diffusion cell as the in vitro experimental apparatus and normal saline as the receiving medium, ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to investigate the transdermal absorption of paeoniflorin through the in vitro back skin of rats in the presence of 0. 5% , 1% , and 2% menthol or azone. Results : The 0. 5% and 1% menthol significantly promoted the transdermal permeation with paeoniflorin, and the paeoniflorin permeation rose as the content of men- thol increased. However,when the content of menthol was higher than 2% ,the paeoniflorin permeation was reduced. Compared with the control group( in absence of penetration enhancer), the experimental group( in presence of menthol)did not increase the deposit effect of paeoniflorin ; azone did not increase the transdermal absorption and deposit of paeoniflorin. Conclusion : Menthol significantly promotes the transdermal absorption of paeoniflorin, but cannot increase its deposit effect. The appropriate content of menthol is 1%.
