健脾化痰方合奥利司他对单纯性肥胖小鼠体质量和脂质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾化痰方联合奥利司他对单纯性肥胖小鼠体质量和脂质代谢的作用。方法:通过高脂饲料饮食建立单纯性肥胖小鼠模型,将造模成功的40只小鼠随机分为中药加西药组、中药组、西药组和对照组,每组10只,分别给予健脾化痰方加奥利司他、健脾化痰方、奥利司他、生理盐水灌胃,给药14d后观察比较各组给药前后体质量、给药后三酰甘油和总胆固醇的变化。结果:中药加西药组小鼠的体质量及血脂指标均明显低于其他3组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:健脾化痰方联合奥利司他能减轻单纯性肥胖小鼠体质量,并能降低血脂。Objective ：To investigate the effects of spleen- invigorating and phlegm- removing prescription（SIPRP） combined with orlistat on the body weight and lipid metabolism in mice with simple obesity. Methods ： A mouse model of simple obesity was established using high -fat feed. Forty model mice were randomly and equally divided into traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） ＋ Western medicine （ WM ） group, TCM group, WM group, and control group to receive SIPRP plus orlistat, SIPRP, orlistat, and normal saline, respectively, by garage. After 14 d of medication, the changes in body weight, triglyceride （TG） , and total cholesterol（TC） were evaluated and compared between the three groups. Results ：The TCM ＋ WM group had significantly lower body weight and TG and TC levels than the other three groups（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： SIPRP combined with orlistat can reduce the body weight and blood lipids in mice with simple obesity.
