摘　　要：目的探讨半定量检测血清抗核抗体(antinuclear antibody,ANA)谱临床应用价值。方法选取2013年3-8月收治的有明确诊断的患者726例。使用DR-200Be半自动酶标分析仪采用酶联免疫吸附法对726例来自不同科室的不同患者和56例健康体检者进行ANA谱半定量检测并统计分析。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果不同科室的患者根据其病情ANA水平升高的阳性率不同,风湿免疫科52.1%、泌尿内科13.8%、血液内科11.7%,且不同病种的患者阳性率也各不相同,其检测值与健康正常人相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ANA的检测有助于临床诊断,缺乏特异性,但是作为自身免疫性疾病的筛查实验还是一个很好的指标。Objective To discuss the clinical value of semi - quantitative detection of serum antinuclear antibody （ANA） spectrum. Methods A total of 726 cases with confirmed diagnosis from different departments were selected from March to August in 2013. All the cases and 56 healthy subjects underwent semi - quantitative detection of serum antinuclear antibody （ANA） spectrum （ELISA method, DR- 200Be semi -automatic enzyme mark analyzer）. Measurement data were processed by t -test, count data byХ^2 test, the result of P 〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The positive rate of increased ANA level varied with the disease affecting the patient. It was 58.9% for those with rheumatological disease, 13.8% for those with urological disease, and 11.7% for those with hematological disease. The positive rate varied in patients with different diseases, which showed significant difference from those of the healthy subjects （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ANA testing is helpful to clinical diagnosis, but lacks specificity. As a screening test for autoimmune diseases, it is still agood indicator.
