摘　　要：传统经济理论认为,一个地区经济发展过程中对技术的选择应符合当地的要素禀赋结构。但严格根据禀赋结构选择和应用技术就一定有助于经济增长质量的提高吗?技术结构对禀赋结构的失衡也必然会导致经济增长质量的下降吗?通过实证发现,技术结构失衡与经济增长质量存在着"倒U"型的函数关系,说明技术结构失衡状态对经济增长质量产生的影响具有两种方向相反的效应,并在这种正负效应共同作用下,使在适当程度上的技术结构失衡带来了最高的经济增长质量。Traditional economic theories suggest that in the course of economic development, the technology choice of a region should be consistent with the local fiwtor endowment structure. However, will it definitely contribute to the increase of the quality of e- conomical growth for a region to follow the principle of endowment structure and applied technology？ Will the imbalance of technology structure inevitably lead to a decline in the quality of economical growth？ The regression results show that there is an ＂inverted U＂ shaped function relationship between the variables of imbalance of technology structure and quality of economic growth. It shows that the impact of the imbalance of technology structure on the quality of economic growth exerts two opposite utilities, and under the com- bined action of these two opposite utilities, the appropriate degree imbalance of technology structure brings about the highest quality of economic growth.
