摘　　要：面对国际知识产权执法标准不断提高的趋势,对国际知识产权执法制度的发展过程进行了具体描绘。认为国际知识产权执法高标准的趋势将不可避免,但仍会留有例外条款等弹性空间。中国应提高自主创新能力,并同时对国际知识产权制度变化对我国企业可能产生的影响进行分析,为参与谈判建立数据基础。Facing the trend of international intellectual property enforcement which becomes higher and higher, this article out- lines the development process of international intellectual property enforcement system. The high standard of international intellectual property enforcement is inevitable; however, there are probably some exception provisions. China should improve innovation capability, analyze industry data to prepare for negotiation, and compete for rule making power.
