摘 要:试验采用磨细钢渣粉代替部分水泥,着重研究分析不同钢渣粉掺量对高性能混凝土抗压强度及早期抗裂性能的影响。研究结果表明:磨细钢渣粉可以配制强度较高的高性能混凝土,钢渣粉掺量在0-30%范围内,混凝土28d抗压强度超过50MPa;在相同水胶比时,掺人钢渣粉有利于增强混凝土抗裂性能,并且随着掺量的增加,高性能混凝土的抗裂性能越突出;在相同的水胶比下,掺钢渣粉的试件与未掺的试件比较,发现前者由于掺加了钢渣粉,混凝土的初裂时间出现相应推迟。通过分形几何学分析表明,钢渣粉掺入混凝土中能提高其抗裂性。This experiment uses the steel slag powder to instead of part of the cement, focuses on analysis of the influence of steel slag powder to compressive strength and the early crack resistance of concrete.The results show that,the steel slag powder can be made of high strength high performance concrete, the steel slag powder content in the range of 0-30%, the 28 d compressive strength of concrete more than 50 MPa;At the same water-cement ratio the incorporation of slag powder is conducive to enhancing anti-cracking performance of concrete and with the increase in volume crack resistance of high performance concrete more outstanding; In the same water-cement ratio, slag powder mixed with non-doped specimen specimen comparison and found that the former is the mixing of slag powder, The initial cracking time of concrete appear appropriately to postpone.Fractal geometry analysis shows that steel slag powder mixed with concrete can improve its crack resistance.
