摘  要:通过水性自由基聚合法合成了一种新型高适应性聚羧酸保坍剂,采用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对其分子结构进行了表征,对其吸附行为、分散保持性能、水泥的适应性进行了详细的性能评价。同时在工程现场的预拌混凝土、核电混凝土和C80高强管桩混凝土中进一步验证了其应用性能。该保坍剂分散保持能力强,具有较好的原材料和工程适应性,通过与减水剂的合理复配,能满足各种混凝土对坍落度保持的不同要求,适用面较广。A new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizers with high compatibility was synthesized by free radical polymerization in water.The molecule structure was characterized by means of Fourier transformer infrared and gel permeation chromatography, the adsorp- tion behavior,dispersion retention and compatibility with cement were measured in detail.Besides,the application performance in per-mixed concrete, nuclear power station concrete and C80 high strength prestressed concrete pipe pile were evaluated.The results show that the polyearboxylate superplasticizers have high dispersant retaining ability, and excellent adaptability for raw materials and engineering.By mixed with the water-reducer, they could adapt to the different slump retention of various concrete.
