羊常用粗饲料的营养价值评定

摘　　要：采集山东省羊常用的4种粗饲料:花生蔓、地瓜秧、豆秸、玉米秸,对其常规养分进行初步测定与分析,再运用体外发酵产气法测定产气量(GP)、pH以及NH3-N,Tilley和Terry二级离体消化法测定各饲料的干物质体外消化率和代谢能,综合评定其营养价值。结果表明,4种粗饲料的营养价值由高到低依次为:地瓜秧、花生蔓、玉米秸、豆秸。In this experiment four roughage which often fed to sheep and goat in Shandong province were peanut vine,sweet potato vine,soybean stalk and corn stover.Conventional nutrients of four roughage feeds were determined and analysised.Then in vitro gas production method was used for the determination of gas production （GP）,pH and NH3-N. Tilley and Terry two each digestion in vitro were used to determine dry matter degradability （IVDMD） and metabolizable energy （ME）.The results showed that the order of the nutritional value of four roughage feeds were：sweet potato vine, peanut vine, corn stover, soybean stalk.
