中国产业结构与大学生就业的关联性分析——基于省级面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：大学生就业问题虽然是近年来的研究热点,但是由于各省的大学生就业数据较难获得,从产业结构的角度、使用大规模面板数据的实证研究较为罕见。通过搜集2003-2010年中国11个省级单位发布的权威大学生就业信息,使用面板数据,采用不同拟合方法构建了多个面板数据模型,在考虑了经济增长、教育支出以及国有经济比重的前提下,分析产业结构该变量对大学生就业的作用,结果显示:第三产业产值与大学生就业率之间表现出显著的正向关系;第二产业产值系数在模型中不显著;教育支出、地区大学数量以及人均GDP的增长在模型中的系数均显著。最后就产业结构调整与促进大学生就业提出了对策与建议。Although the employment of college students has drawn increasing social attention, it is relatively rare to research from the perspective of industrial structure, using large-scale panel data. This study aims to find the effects of industrial variables on university students employment by choosing 11 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, using sample data about university student employment 2003-2010, building a multi-panel data model, and by taking into consideration of economic growth, educational expenditure, and the proportional of state-owned enterprises. The study finds that the output of the tertiary industry promotes the employment of university students; the output of secondary industry does not have a significant effect on the employment of university students, and that educational expenditure, the number of universities in a certain location and GDP per capita make big differences in the model. Finally, this article gives some suggestions on adjusting industrial structure so as to promote college student employment.
