摘　　要：目的：观察A型肉毒素咬肌注射联合玻尿酸颏部注射填充微整形术重塑面下部1/3轮廓的临床手术效果,探讨两种方法联合治疗的可行性。方法：对符合手术适应证的45例求美者双侧咬肌注射肉毒素（每侧50 U）,颏部注射填充羟丙基甲基纤维素-透明质酸钠溶液（1~2 ml）;术后对受术者进行跟踪随访,评估咬肌力量及面下部形态变化,并对受术者的满意度进行调查。结果：术后随访1~3个月,受术者面下部形态改善明显,45人中有43人评级为非常满意,手术效果肯定。结论：A型肉毒素咬肌注射联合玻尿酸颏部注射填充重塑面下部1/3轮廓的微整形术,创伤小,并具有可逆性,临床效果满意,值得推广。Objective： To study the feasibility and degree of effectiveness of combining bilateral masseter injection of botulinum toxin type A with mentum injection of hyaluronic acid in the clinical surgery of remodeling the lower 1 /3 facial profile. Methods： A combination of botulinum toxin type A injection into bilateral masseter muscles（ 50 U for each side） and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose-hyaluronic acid injection into the mentum（ 1-2 ml） was applied to patients that accorded with surgery indications. After the surgery,follow-ups were conducted,evaluating the occlusal force as well the lower facial morphology change,and the patients＇ satisfaction degree was surveyed. Results： The 1-3 month follow-up to all the 45 patients showed a phenomenal improvement in their lower facial profile,and 43 of them rated the surgical effects as ＂very satisfactory＂,which suggested a high degree of surgical effectiveness. Conclusion： The micro-plastic procedure of combining botulinum toxin type A injection into messter with hyaluronic acid injection of the mentum was proved to be very effective in the clinical surgery of remodeling the lower 1 /3 facial profile. This method has the merits of reversibility and minimal invasion,and its application is worth of promoting.
