摘  要:将超重力机用于油田伴生气脱H2S的工业生产中,以络合铁为脱硫剂,设备平稳运行2年无泄漏,完成了超重力机长周期安全稳定运行评价。工业试验结果显示:超重力机脱硫后伴生气H2S质量浓度小于20 mg/m3,且绝大多数情况下的监测值小于10 mg/m3。实践表明:超重力脱硫工艺具有效率高、设备体积小、操作灵活等优点,适合陆上平台、海上平台、油田偏远地区、天然气净化厂等各种工况的脱硫过程,提供了新的解决方案。RPB is used for the removal of H2S from associated gas in industrial production by choosing chelated iron as desulfurizer.The RPB has been operating smoothly for over two years without leakage.Industrial research results show that the mass concentration of H2S in cleaned gas is less than 20 mg/m3,and in most cases,the monitoring value is less than 10 mg/m3.The industrial performance of RPB demonstrates that RPB desulfurization process has many merits,such as high removing efficiency,small equipment volume and easy operating.These advantages allow RPB to be qualified for desulfurization in various situations,such as onshore/offshore operating platform,frontier area in oilfield and natural gas process plant,etc.RPB desulfurization process provides a new solution.
