克令吊钢丝绳的润滑研究

摘　　要：文章以某轮在卸货过程中发生的克令吊吊货钢丝绳断裂事故为例,分析了吊货钢丝断裂的原因,并依据涂抹润滑油的难易程度对克令吊吊货钢丝绳进行了分段,对各分段涂抹润滑油的方法进行了探讨,最后提出了涂抹润滑油作业中的注意事项。Taking a certain vessel＇ s crane hoisting wire breaking during unloading process as a case of study, this article analyses the causes of the accident. In view of the degree of difficulty in lubricating the wire, this article attempts to segment the crane hoisting wire and study the ways to lubricate the segmented wire. In addition, it puts forward the cautions for the lubricating operation.
