摘 要:在有限元分析技术的基础上,结合橡胶隔振器的刚度计算,利用橡胶硬度与材料力学常数C10和C01的关系,提出了一种橡胶隔振器的设计开发方法并给出应用实例,该方法可由刚度逆向推出橡胶材料硬度,提高橡胶隔振器开发效率。Based on the finite element analysis as well as the stiffness calculation of rubber vibration isolator,combined with the relation between rubber hardness and rubber mechanical constant symbolized by C10and C01,this paper introduces a flow chart for rubber vibration isolator design and development,and an application instance has been given. The rubber hardness were reversely designed for a fixed stiffness isolator from the flow chart,by which the design efficiency of the rubber vibration isolator is enhanced.
